As part of our growing company, you'll play a key role in designing customized travel experiences, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless reservations for our clients. This remote position offers flexibility, training, and growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Tailored Itineraries: Craft personalized travel plans based on client preferences, including destinations, accommodations, and activities.

Research & Recommend: Explore and suggest unique experiences, ensuring every journey is special.

Manage Bookings: Coordinate and confirm accommodations, transportation, and activities while keeping schedules organized.

Client Support: Provide detailed itineraries and assist with any adjustments or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently.

Handle Reservations: Process bookings via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and a smooth experience.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to guarantee a seamless and exceptional travel experience for clients.

Monitor & Report: Track reservation trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to improving our services.

What We're Looking For:

Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer applications and booking systems.
