Job Description

Job Summary: As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your role will involve engaging with customers through live chat, ensuring they receive prompt and effective solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities
