Production Operator Fremont, CA Compensation - $24.00 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Training: Completed on 1st shift **Job Duties:** + Run efficient production lines, problem-solving to ensure products meet quality specifications, including checking product and equipment frequently, making immediate adjustments or changes to lines when needed. + Keep lines and production floor clean and free of debris and stocked for the incoming shift. + Consistently communicate problems or needs with the supervisor and the assistant supervisor, and communicate with all team members. + Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, ask for help when needed. + Participate in and promote safety, quality, continuous improvement events and ideas. + One-year manufacturing experience preferred + Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required + Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computer entry + Must be able to work night shifts and weekends. + Annual incentive bonus can be as much as 21% of annual wages. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is **$24.00** per hour, plus **2** **nd** shift differential of **$0.60** /h and **3** **rd** shift differential of **$0.70** /h and. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for **periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus** . The targeted bonus amount can be up to **TARGET BONUS%** of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
