Office Coordinator Location Foothill Rnch, CA :

Working closely with our surgeon partners and distributor network, Amplify Surgical delivers extraordinary surgical solutions that amplify clinical results, quickly returning patients to their active lives.

Join our dynamic team as an Office Manager, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient functioning of office operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, possess excellent time management skills, and work well with minimal supervision. This position requires outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and calendars.

· Support the executive team

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

· Maintain and ensure appropriate working relationships with staff and vendors.

· Oversee office maintenance and supplies.

Job Type:

Full-time

Qualification

· High school degree, college degree preferred.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
