Job Description

Foundations Therapy Service is a therapist owned pediatric practice serving Contra Costa County families and children since 2002! We have both full time and part time positions available in clinic or schools. In person services are required for this position. We are looking for an OT who wants to further their career and help children and families. We find joy in your clients meeting their goals!

Experience:

• Either Bachelor's ("grandfathered"), Master's, or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required, new grads welcome!
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
