Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Teacher/Tutor to provide individualized instruction to high school students across a variety of math subjects. As a part of our team, you'll play a key role in empowering students to excel in their academic journey and achieve their goals.

Subjects Include:

AP Statistics
AP Calculus AB/BC
Multi-variable Calculus
Algebra I & II
Geometry
Trigonometry
Pre-Calculus
SAT I Math
ACT Math

Key Responsibilities:

Provide engaging and supportive tutoring sessions for students, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Customize lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
Encourage and boost student self-confidence and motivation through positive reinforcement.
Be well-organized and prepared for every lesson, ensuring a high standard of instruction.
Communicate with students and parents about progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in a STEM-related field.
Experience in teaching or tutoring is highly preferred (at least one year).
Reliable transportation is necessary.
Availability during weekday afternoons, early evenings, and weekends.
