Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the travel and transportation sector, is seeking a Corporate Travel & Transportation Administrator to join their team. As a Corporate Travel & Transportation Administrator, you will be part of the travel management team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Global Travel & Transportation Coordinator
**Location:** Foster City, CA
**Pay Range:** $45-$50 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Understand, communicate, and execute corporate travel policy for all travel reservations.
+ Assist Executive Assistants and employees with travel reservations on an as-needed basis.
+ Manage and maintain employee access to the company's travel booking tool.
+ Monitor the location of traveling employees and notify them of restrictions or travel advisories.
+ Manage the company's transportation and commuter benefits program, including shuttles and valet services.
**What's Needed?**
+ 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, serving as an admin for a corporate travel program.
+ Understanding of complex airline fare class structures and rental car elite programs.
+ Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel for data analysis purposes.
+ Ability to work under pressure on multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Collaborative and assertive, capable of working cross-functionally within the company.
