What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
As a Leader:

Lead and guide all culinary programs, including the design and implementation of various dining experiences—such as a dine-in restaurant, casual bar, coffee shop with pastries and grab-and-go options, as well as a sandwich and ice cream outlet.
Manage staff concerns professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Develop and execute sales goals and incentive programs to boost revenue.
Create mouth-watering, Montana-inspired menus and daily specials that will delight guests while helping grow each unique outlet.
Drive employee engagement and help foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
Collaborate with F&B teams to support day-to-day operations, including monthly inventories.
Design and implement training programs for seasonal culinary staff, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

For Our Guests:

Stay on top of culinary trends and local competition to make informed recommendations.
Address guest concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolutions.
Promote a safe and friendly environment for both staff and guests by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
Establish partnerships with local farms and vendors to offer the best ingredients and experiences to guests.

Financial Responsibilities:

Lead in the design and execution of all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
Ensure food and beverage costs are controlled by maintaining effective portioning and inventory management.
Manage ordering and inventory, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained, and taking weekly and monthly inventories in Craftable.

Collaboration:

Work closely with F&B teams across different locations to share insights and foster strong relationships.
Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives, contributing to goals related to community engagement, sustainability, and respect.

Other Responsibilities:

Always prioritize guest and staff experiences in everything you do.
Help create a positive and welcoming work environment.
Support additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What Skills and Experience Do You Bring?

Culinary degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in high-volume culinary management or as a head chef.
Current ServSafe certification or equivalent food handler certification required.
A deep knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and the ability to teach others.
Strong understanding of food pairings and cuisine.
Knowledge of food and labor cost controls.
Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
A strong work ethic, with a commitment to the team and guests.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
A focus on safety and high cleanliness standards.
Organized, with excellent attention to detail.
A positive, friendly demeanor, always willing to go the extra mile.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
