Be the Heart of Our Practice – Dental Office Administrator Wanted

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first and last impression—warmly welcome patients and manage every detail of their visit.
• Facilitate smooth scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial discussions.
• Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims with accuracy and transparency.
• Keep our front office running efficiently—answer phones, manage records, coordinate vendors, and maintain a calm, professional environment.
• Support compliance, office trainings, inventory, and payroll functions when needed.
• Most importantly, be the advocate patients can count on—for clarity, comfort, and care.

What We’re Looking For:

• A YES attitude and a patient-first approach to everything you do.
• The ability to multitask like a pro and adapt with ease.
• Confidence in dental billing, insurance, and front office operations ( Eaglesoft experience is a must).
• Must be literate of dental terminology.
• Knowledge of HIPPA and PHI.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• A true team player who wants to contribute to something meaningful.
• Someone who goes above and beyond—not because they have to, but because they care.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
