If you have strong writing and editing skills and are looking for your next career move, apply now. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Communications Specialist** to assist in writing and editing internal communications, employer branding, and PR- related content, along with supporting internal events for various teams and employee resource groups (ERG). This position will be **full-time** and **remote.** "This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization." **What You'll Do** + Assist in writing, editing, and scheduling content across multiple channels including email, newsletters, intranet, Teams messages, text messages, press releases, social media posts, blogs, etc. + Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in communications + Help ideate content and add to the company's strategic editorial calendar across both internal and external channels + Support six ERGs' communications and event requests including logistics and content + Collect and analyze employee reviews across various channels + Offer content insights and writing support for service offering and employer branded award submissions + Provide as-needed internal communications and technical support during internal events and presentations + Monitor company-wide email inboxes and route to appropriate business team **What You'll Need** Required: + Bachelor's degree: Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field + 2 - 3 years' experience in a communications role or relevant internships + Strong writing and editing skills + Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail + Skill and appetite to operate in an entrepreneurial context with a positive can-do attitude for new and familiar tasks + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering quality in a fast-paced environment + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Collaborative and works well with others **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
