Job Description

Woods Aitken LLP is looking for an associate with 3 to 5 years’ litigation experience to work in its commercial and construction law practice group. This individual will be based in the Firm’s Omaha, Nebraska office, although periodic travel to its Lincoln office, Denver office and other locations may be required due to the national scope of the Firm’s litigation practice. For more information regarding the Firm’s construction practice visit our website at Litigation experience is required, with trial experience preferred. Candidates must also have strong academic credentials, including outstanding research and writing, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills, and should be actively licensed to practice law in Nebraska or be able to obtain a Nebraska law license in the near future. Additional licensures would be a plus.
